In recent years, we have gained extensive experience in organizing language level tests for large companies to provide a personalized and global evaluation of the language skills of their employees.
This type of evaluation, typically requested by the human resources departments, provides and understanding of the level of proficiency in a language within the company and enables the establishment of continuous training plans with specific objectives.

LANGUAGE LEVEL TEST FOR SELECTION PROCESSES
Our language level test service is designed for recruitment or university admission processes. Many companies specialized in recruitment rely on Interlinco to obtain an objective evaluation of their candidates’ language level in different languages (English, French, German or Spanish, among others).

MAIN FEATURES OF OUR TEST
Our level test assesses the student’s abilities in a language according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Laguange) proficiency levels developed by the EU. The test consists of:
- A written part to evaluate written expression and reading comprehension.
- A listening test to evaluate hearing comprehension.
- A conversation test with a native teacher to assess oral interaction and expressions.
Once the test is completed, Interlinco issues a detailed evaluation report for every candidate, showing the level obtained and any relevant notes from the evaluator.
